This place is a great mash up of flavors!
They have Indian, Korean & Himalayan treasures!

I came and ate for the lunch and it was a great. The food was good and price was right. I really am interested in trying dinner.

Came to Everest on a Tuesday. One sign on the front door said open 7 days a week. Then right below that sign it said closed Tuesdays. I was there on a Tuesday as both Yelp and Google showed them as open.

On a return visit I was excited to try their buffet. But I have to tell ya, I was unimpressed. The dishes didn't WOW me. The naan wasn't very fresh, the gravy wasn't very thick. The biryani lacked kick. Pakora is more like giant deep fried slice of squash. not a mix of veggies.

The bathroom feels dirty and makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

I've been here for dinner with my wife as well. That was awhile back but I remember thinking it was ok. But that I should try the buffet. I've done both now and feel like Everest is just "A-OK".

The true rating for Everest that I would have is more of a 3.5 stars review. Great value for the lunch buffet, but okay for dinner.

Recently went to Everest Cafe & Bar for dinner with a friend. I had been to Everest a couple of times in the past for the lunch buffet, which I thought was one of the better value meals in the city. Everest has a unique combination of cuisine (Nepalese and Korean) and it's reflected in their menu with Nepalese, Korean, and fusion dishes.

I got the JJ Noodle as recommended by the server and I enjoyed the Nepalese pork dumplings (Momo) which had good seasoning (felt it had Indian spices) and flavor. My friend also got the Momo by itself and he thought it was solid; it paired well with the tikia masala style sauce that was provided with his dish. The sauce was not provided for my dish. However, I thought the ramen served with the Momo was a standard Korean ramen that one could make at home (Shin Ramyun). Pricing was a little pricey for the food the offered at 11.75. I think the dipping sauce should be offered for my dish as it enhances the flavor of the Momo.

I also got the mango lassi, which was served in a pretty small cup for $3. I probably wouldn't get it again at that price point.

The chicken tikka masala and paneer tikka masala are so good, my friends and I were full and couldn't stop eating it! Absolutely delicious food, and great vegetarian ans vegan options. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and extraordinarily helpful. Our glasses were never empty, and we received pleasant answers to all questions we asked. I will most definitely be returning as frequently as possible.
